Day 23

Another Saturday - rode my bike to work today and only got abs in but I'm okay with that :) I have to get more motivated though because beach season is almost upon us here in Lima!

Today's workout
 Daily Abs/Obliques/Lumbar/Dorsal
  • Twists 3x20
  • Rainbows 3x20
  • Upper abs crunches: 3x20 
  • Lower abs: 3x20 piernas agrupados 
  • Total abs: 3x20
  • Obliques: 3x15 agrupado y 3x15 estirado
  • Lumbar: 3x15 piernas estiradas
  • Dorsal: 3x15 
Shift: Flex 9:30am-4pm
How I felt before class: 
lazy..per usual.
How I felt after class: still lazy but a little accomplished :)
