Day 3

Only had time for the dance class today, and also almost 2 hours of walking around looking for apartments. Fun fun :)

Dance class (1 hour):
  • Abs
  • Legs (floor bar) 
  • Stretch 
  • Choreography
Walking (2 hours)

Shift: Flex 9am-5:45pm
How I felt before class: Excited to have a release from the stress of this week.
How I felt after class: Good, but I want to start taking more challenging classes as well.
