Day 2

So today I definitely had a case of the Mondays. Long day at work, but luckily I was able to make it out of the office in time to make it to my dance class. My legs were so sore from the Saturday work-out but stretching and working out today definitely helped them feel less fatigued.

Dance class (1 hour):
  • Abs
  • Legs (floor bar) 
  • Stretch 
  • Choreography

I'm glad to have an alternative to working out at home. It helps to be with a group of people and is definitely more motivating. It definitely didn't feel as strenuous as the work-out on Saturday but for today it will do.

Shift: Flex 9am-5:45pm
How I felt before class: Sore, but excited to go. Dance helps relax and de-stress me, and God knows the last few days have been veeeery stressful.
How I felt after class: Less sore and fatigued in my legs, and I broke a nice sweat so that's always good.
