Day 5

Okay so after almost 2 weeks of not doing the workout I got from Danielle, I finally got back into it today. I was at Gerardo's practice out in Independencia, and what better time to work out then while I'm waiting for 3 hours for the practice to be over? I didn't enjoy being stared at by random people (they were probably wondering why I didn't work out in a gym or at home rather then in public...but whatever).
 
Today's workout:
  • Leg focus
    • 3x15 sentadillos - squats (abierto, cerrado y de costado)
    • 3x10 arabesques (on each leg) 
    • 3x20 donkey kick (on each leg)
  • Daily Abs/Obliques/Lumbar/Dorsal 
    • Upper abs crunches: 3x20 
    • Lower abs: 3x20 piernas agrupados 
    • Total abs: 3x20
    • Obliques: 3x15 agrupado y 3x15 estirado
    • Lumbar: 3x15 piernas estiradas
    • Dorsal: 3x15 
    • Total lumbar + dorsal (standing): 3x15 

Shift: Day off
How I felt before workout: Lazy as usual...
How I felt after workout: Much better, hoping to now get on the schedule I've been hoping for and working out more!
