So today was basically a fail. I was really trying to get my whole abs/leg focus in today but I was feeling under the weather from something I ate yesterday. I probably could have pushed through it but my body wasn't having it. At least I got a little done today for my legs, and tomorrow's a new day...

- 3x15 sentadillos - squats (abierto, cerrado y de costado)
- 3x10 arabesques (on each leg)
- 3x20 donkey kick (on each leg)
Shift: Opening shift - 8am-4:15pm
How I felt before workout: Lazy and sick to my stomach :(
How I felt after workout: Still lazy and mad at myself for only doing legs today! wah...
