Day 7

It's 11:30pm and I'm just finishing my workout. Exhausted, but feeling pretty accomplished considering I closed tonight and have to open tomorrow...hopefully I'll be able to get a bike soon so I can start riding my bike to work and getting more exercise that way!
 
Today's workout:
  • Leg focus
    • 3x15 sentadillos - squats (abierto, cerrado y de costado)
    • 3x10 arabesques (on each leg) 
    • 3x20 donkey kick (on each leg)
  • Daily Abs/Obliques/Lumbar/Dorsal 
    • Upper abs crunches: 3x20 
    • Lower abs: 3x20 piernas agrupados 
    • Total abs: 3x20
    • Obliques: 3x15 agrupado y 3x15 estirado
    • Lumbar: 3x15 piernas estiradas
    • Dorsal: 3x15 
    • Total lumbar + dorsal (standing): 3x15 

Shift: Closing shift 2pm-10pm

How I felt before workout: Tired, but determined to get this done.

How I felt after workout: Good, but tired!
