Not feeling too great about today's workout. Really wanted to fit everything in since I was feeling better from my cold (I can finally breathe) but Lacey came back to the house earlier than expected and we ended up catching up and talking which was of course more fun then finishing my workout :) At least I fit a little in... a little is better then nothing, I suppose.
Today's workout:
- Leg focus
- 3x15 sentadillos - squats (abierto, cerrado y de costado)
- 3x10 arabesques (on each leg)
- 3x20 donkey kick (on each leg)
- Daily Abs
- Upper abs crunches: 3x20
- Lower abs: 3x20 piernas agrupados
- Total abs: 3x20
Shift: Flex: 9:45am-7pm
How I felt before workout: Pretty motivated but tired from the day.
How I felt after workout: Mad at myself for not finishing! Next time I won't get distracted :)
