Day 10

Today I only had time for dance, but it still felt good. I'm starting to feel stronger which is helping motivate me. Not too much else to say...

Dance class (1 hour):
  • Abs
  • Legs
  • Stretch 
  • Choreography ("If it Kills Me" - Jason Mraz)

Shift: Flex 9:30am-5:45pm
How I felt before class: A little tired but ready to dance :)
How I felt after class: Good, I got asked to assistant teach the class which will not help me be more dedicated (and I don't have to pay!) :)
