Day 17

Happy Monday! By some miracle, I got to work by around 8:30am today so I was able to get out in time for Contemporary! The class is hard and challenging but it feels good to learn a new form of dance :) and then Jazz afterwards. This week is off to a good start. 

Today's workout: 
Jazz & Contemporary classes (2 hours):
  • Bike to work (40 minutes)
  • Abs
  • Legs
  • Stretch 
  • Contemporary choreography 
  • Jazz choreography

Shift: Flex 8:45am-4:45pm
How I felt before class:  Inspired from the sunny day!
 

How I felt after class: Stronger, but hoping I can improve soon.
