Halfway through the week! On day 5 of work out of 7 so I'm really looking forward to this weekend. I have some stressful clients I'm dealing with especially so today I was in much need of a stress reliever. The Jazz class I'm assisting has SO many more people this month. I think our class is now 14 people including myself - last month we had 7 tops, I think. I like helping out - it's a confidence booster and also allows me to teach which I like doing as well :)
Today's workout:
Jazz & Contemporary classes (2 hours):
- Bike to work (20 minutes)
- Abs
- Legs
- Stretch
- Contemporary choreography
- Jazz choreography
Shift: Flex 9am-4:45pm
How I felt before class: VERY stressed from my clients.
How I felt after class: Stronger :) more inspired. still have a way to go!
