Day 20

Busy day today - lots of errands to run, including to Sodimac & Tottus in San Isidro, but I did get some abs in this morning while waiting for laundry to finish. Better than nothing...

Today's workout
 Daily Abs/Obliques/Lumbar/Dorsal
  • Upper abs crunches: 3x20 
  • Lower abs: 3x20 piernas agrupados 
  • Total abs: 3x20
  • Obliques: 3x15 agrupado y 3x15 estirado
  • Lumbar: 3x15 piernas estiradas
  • Dorsal: 3x15
