Day 19

Today was another grey day, and I wasn't feeling too great at work. I had a headache most of the day and I'm lucky I even got part of this work out in. I didn't ride my bike to work either because I was running late so I didn't get any cardio in. Hopefully tomorrow!

Today's workout
 Daily Abs/Obliques/Lumbar/Dorsal
  • Upper abs crunches: 3x20 
  • Lower abs: 3x20 piernas agrupados 
  • Total abs: 3x20
  • Obliques: 3x15 agrupado y 3x15 estirado
  • Lumbar: 3x15 piernas estiradas
  • Dorsal: 3x15

Shift: Flex 11:30am-7pm
How I felt before class:  not feeling good, headache and nauseous 

How I felt after class: worse :/
