Day 24

Monday. and grey. and I'm feeling bloated so it wasn't the best day ever, but as always, dance helped me loosen up and feel better. My back has been bothering me a few weeks (I think I have a big knot I can't get rid of on the right side) I'm thinking of going to see Vicky (the therapist at D1) or waiting till I go home to get a deep tissue massage. Ugggh...

Today's workout: 
Jazz & Contemporary classes (2 hours):
  • Abs
  • Legs
  • Stretch 
  • Contemporary choreography ("Monkey" choreo for the show)
  • Jazz choreography ("Higher Ground" Red Hot Chili Peppers)
 
Shift: Flex 9am-4:45pm
How I felt before class: 
a bit tired, bored from a boring day at work...
How I felt after class: Better, but still bloated :(
