I know I say this every week, but just keeping this blog is helping me realize how fast the weeks are going by. I'm feeling stronger now and I hope to continue with it (and maybe lose some weight while I'm at it, but that means I need to alter my diet more..)
Today's workout:
Jazz & Contemporary & Sexy Dance classes (3 hours):
- Abs
- Legs
- Stretch
- Contemporary choreography ("Monkey" choreo for the show)
- Jazz choreography ("Big Spender" choreo)
- Sexy Dance choreography
Shift: Flex 9am-4:45pm
How I felt before class: tired from the grey day...
How I felt after class: Exhausted! I wasn't planning to take 3 hours of class but it was great :)
