Monday again. It was a little sunny out today but not much. I feel really behind in my exercise and not as strong as I was feeling the last couple weeks. I also decided that I want to alter my diet and cut things out (bread, chocolate, sugar, etc) in order to feel and look my best... this week I'm starting to keep track of what I eat and so far I've been good (it's been one day...) Wish me luck!
Today's workout:
Jazz & Contemporary classes (2 hours):
- Abs
- Legs
- Stretch
- Contemporary choreography ("Monkey" choreo for the show)
- Jazz choreography ("Big Spender" choreo)
Shift: Flex 9am-4:45pm
How I felt before class: lazy and flabby :/
How I felt after class: Today wasn't as great of a workout as normal but I'm going to add more workouts in this week if it kills me!
