Back to Wednesday. Yesterday I actually worked out as well but I was too lazy to blog. Basically Gerardo and I went down to the Malecon (he longboarded, I jogged). There I practiced my new found "acrobatics" including mastering my handstand, cartwheels, and front rolls. Haha I wish I took gymnastics when I was younger so it would have been easier...but anyway. I also did some abs and arms as well. I missed Contemporary today because I had lots of work, but Jazz was good and eating heathier has been helping me feel better.
Today's workout:
Jazz class (1 hour):
- Abs
- Legs
- Stretch
- Jazz choreography ("Big Spender" choreo)
Shift: Flex 9:30am-5:30pm
How I felt before class: more motivated since I've been eating better
How I felt after class: Better, and inspired to make salad and grilled shrimp for dinner :)
