Monday. The weeks are getting a bit sunnier, and I can't believe in 3 weeks I'll be home! Even more motivation to get in shape! Gerardo's going to Ecuador tomorrow for almost 2 weeks so I'm sure with my free time I'm going to be able to do more workouts (hopefully...)
Today's workout:
Jazz & Contemporary classes (2 hours):
- Abs
- Legs
- Stretch
- Contemporary choreography ("Monkey" choreo for the show)
- Jazz choreography ("Big Spender" choreo)
Shift: Flex 9:15am-4:45pm
How I felt before class: a bit stronger and healthier
How I felt after class: a bit better. Contemporary isn't as tough because I have to dance on the side (I won't be here for the show :( ) I hate not having space to dance choreo!
