Days 15 & 16

I forgot to post yesterday (Halloween) so here's the last two days of working out. I've been super sore today, my guess is from my first Contemporary class yesterday but who knows...I'm so happy I've finally made it to that class! Gerardo took it with me as well. The only downside is it is at 5:30pm so it's hard for me to make it there in time from work (aka I have to go to the office early which is tough..) but yeah. Going to try to make this more of a habit!

Yesterday's workout: 
Jazz & Contemporary classes (2 hours):
  • Bike to/from work (40 minutes)
  • Abs
  • Legs
  • Stretch 
  • Contemporary choreography 
  • Jazz choreography
Today's workout
 Daily Abs/Obliques/Lumbar/Dorsal
  • Upper abs crunches: 3x20 
  • Lower abs: 3x20 piernas agrupados 
  • Total abs: 3x20
  • Obliques: 3x15 agrupado y 3x15 estirado
  • Lumbar: 3x15 piernas estiradas
  • Dorsal: 3x15 
  • Long stretch 
  • 20 minutes walking 

Shift: Open 7am-4pm, Day off.
How I felt before class:  Tired.

How I felt after class: Stronger, but exhausted from 2 hours of dance.
