Day 14

Grey Monday. We have been getting some nice sunny days, that's been giving everyone hope for spring & summer, then it goes back to grey. It is SO depressing. Dance helped, although Diana wasn't there and it was taught by this other guy who subs for her sometimes...
Dance class (1 hour):
  • Bike to work (20 minutes)
  •  Abs
  • Legs
  • Stretch 
  • Choreography ("Rollin in the Deep" - Adele)

Shift: Flex 10am - 5:45pm
How I felt before class: Tired and a bit sluggish. 
 
How I felt after class: Stronger, and in better shape. I still have a ways to go but I'm feeling better :)
