Day 1


Back starting at Day 1 since it's been so long since I've written. Since I got back from the US almost 2 months ago, I've been going to dance and also been doing physical therapy for my back. I also got a gym memberships at the JW Marriott but since my back has been injured, I haven't been going as much as I planned. I now plan to try and record what I'm eating as well so I can figure out what works best to get myself in the shape I want.

Today's workout:
Bike to/from Chorrillos (1 hour)
Contemporary Class (1 hour)

I also had physical therapy, and I decided to only take one class to see if it helps my back at all. The therapist said I can still dance no problem, but since I've been in therapy for weeks and it's still bothering me, I'm going to see if backing off of 2 class will help at all for now...although it breaks my heart to dance less :(

Food: 
Morning: 2 apples + peanut butter
Mid-Morning: turkey, queso fresco, raw red pepper
Lunch: turkey, avacado & lime, queso fresco
Mid-Afternoon: 1 banana
Dinner: omlette made with 2 eggs, potato, onion, mushroom
