Day 2

So i didn't make it to the gym today as I promised myself (forgot my socks, then left work too late..) but I did push myself to work out anyway, and I'm pretty proud of myself since after 8pm, the workout does not usually happen...

Workout:
*30 minutes running, including 10 sets up stairs, singles & doubles
*10 burpees 
Abs
*100 bicycles
*20 leg lifts
*20 superman lifts
*50 russian twists
Legs:
*10 round-house kicks
*10 circle kicks
*20 hip extensions with circles

I know it's not too much but I was proud of myself for doing that much at around 9:30pm :)

Food:
Morning: banana with peanut butter
Afternoon: queso fresco, turkey, avacado/lime, red pepper
Mid-Afternoon: more turkey and a banana & peanut butter
Night: soup with mushrooms, potato, onion, carrot
