Day 9

Tuesday

I was hoping to bike to work today, but I had a briefing and didn't want to sweat right before going to do my pick-up at the airport. I ate horribly today and my body definitely felt it. I didn't eat enough, and I ate the wrong things... oh well there's always tomorrow.

Workout:
20 minutes running / 5 minutes running
7-8 minutes stairs (20x)
3x30 crunches
3x20 leg lifts
3x20 hard bicycles
3x8 side leg lifts (standing) R & L
3x30 rainbow stretch overs

Food: 
Morning: half apple + peanut butter, mandarina
Afternoon: small bit of cheese, and leftover turkey
Late Afternoon: 2 scoops ice cream
Dinner: potato + mushroom + 2 eggs
