Today was a stressful day at work, and I had to pull myself away to leave for dance in time. Luckily I have felt more disciplined and in a routine so I don't get the urge to miss dance anymore. I am becoming addicted to the high I get from it which helps a lot :)
- Abs
- Legs
- Stretch
- Choreography (Not sure the song, going to find out!)
Shift: Flex 10am-5:45pm
How I felt before class: Stressed and tired from work, but ready to relax in dance.
How I felt after class: Good and less stressed.
