Oh Mondays. The one thing I like about Monday is dance, and that's about it. The weather today was gloomy (even after a nice day of weather this past weekend) so it was a pretty blah day. Lots going on at work, but I got myself out on time to make it to dance as always. I've been letting myself good food/exercise wise so I'm hoping that this week it will be better since I finally have my bike! Riding to work tomorrow for the first time and I'm so excited!

Shift: Flex 9:30am - 5:45pm
How I felt before class: Tired and kinda blah.
How I felt after class: Better, but feeling out of shape.
