Day 13

Hump-day Wednesday. Class was good today, and we are getting farther into the choreography which is allowing me to practice more of my technique and put my own style into it. My teacher Diana is super inspiring and an amazing dancer, and I'm so happy I began taking class with her!

Daloma and I rode our bikes to/from work yesterday which felt good. I was nervous riding around the cars and traffic but hopefully I will get used to it and it will get more relaxing...
Dance class (1 hour):
  • Abs
  • Legs
  • Stretch 
  • Choreography ("How do I say" - Usher)

Shift: Flex 9:30am - 5:45pm
How I felt before class:
Ready to dance! 
 
How I felt after class: Good, but feeling out of shape still. Time to start eating better and working out more!
