Week 1 - Biking

So last Saturday I bought my bike and I've begun riding to work. This has helped up my cardio a bit which is great. Along with my work outs I figured I would keep track of how much biking I do per week. I haven't been riding my bike on Monday/Wednesdays yet because I go to Chorrillos from work to dance and I haven't figured out the best/safest way.

Week 1:
Tuesday - 35 minutes to/from work
Thursday - 35 minutes to/from work
Friday - 1 hour on the Malecon with Gerardo on his long-board
Saturday - 35 minutes to/from work
Sunday - 35 minutes to/from work
