Another day at physical therapy - they finally started working on my right shoulder which seems to be the biggest trouble spot - mostly because of using a mouse at work constantly and being on the computer. They really worked my back out hard but I'm hoping it will start getting better soon :(
Workout:
Contemporary class (1 hour)
Food:
Morning: 1 banana + peanut butter, mango
Lunch: salad, fish, plantain, corn
Afternoon: cappachino + 1/2 piece of chocolate cake (Steff convinced me... ugh!)
Dinner: soup with mushroom, potato, carrots
