Thursday! Such a long week since its my 7-day work week after working the weekend...can't wait to veg this weekend by the pool... I have been more motivated to work out this week since I've been eating healthier and also working out more consistently. Thanks to Steff for helping me get to the gym today :)
Workout:
30 minutes biking to/from work
15 minutes jogging
30 minutes walking
Legs:
round house kicks 2x15
circle kicks: 2x15
squats
kick up from kneeling position: x20
back to side (dog): x20
Abs:
bicycles: 3x25
superman crunches: 3x10
russian twists (standing): 3x25
Food:
Morning: banana + peanut butter
Lunch: soup + mariscos plate with a little rice
Afternoon: banana + peanut butter
Dinner: 2 cheese quesadillas + salsa, papaya/banana smoothie
