Days 5 & 6

Friday

No exercise today, it was a cheat day :( i guess that's appropriate for Friday...

Food:
Morning: bagels, tomato, onion, cream cheese
Afternoon: asado al vino, purree (not much, didn't like it..), brownie
Dinner: 2 glasses wine, tea, kamlu wantan, chicken/veggie chifa dish at Madam Tusan, wantans

Saturday

Workout:
Cardio
15 minute run
8 minutes stairs (20x)
Abs
3x10 superman
3x25 bicycles
3x30 crunches
3x30 leg lifts
3x30 hard bicycles

Food:
Morning: chorizo sandwich, papaya juice
Afternoon: ceasar salad with chicken, mango juice
Dinner: mango, pizza, water
